The care I received on Sunrise B by the nurses, sisters and HCA's was outstanding. They are immensely skilled and built a positive rapport with me which aided my recovery. I cannot thank you all enough.
Suggested improvements
Nurses, sister's and HCA's need more support as the ward is busy and the work their socks off.
Medical surgical team took 4 days to inform me I was fighting a sepsis in fact this should have been more timely.

The consultant I spoke to was very interested in my care, thank you. We spoke in a lengthy telephone consultation to discuss my case. The Dr arranged follow up neuro cognitive tests. I'm so glad I live in a country where we have the NHS and we have a society where people dedicate their working lives to care for people. I would be seriously worse off without them.

It was a telephone consultation so I didn't actually visit the hospital; some of the answers were not applicable but I didn't want to give less than five stars because your trust has saved my life a few times now. The consultant was caring and interested (if that is the right word) in my condition.
